Sunday April 28th: Trolly run, PR'd by 38 seconds so not bad. Probably could of done better with a proper nights sleep but still.

My phone was about to die so I only took this pic of free food at the end of race. I was having trouble carrying it all but I can't resist free food.
But I store this picture from my sister off of Facebook.
After this race they have a kids run. I signed Gretchen up for the second year in a row and I'm sure she will run it one day just as soon as they get rid of the terrifying mascots. She is not a fan and there is no way she is going to run towards them.
Monday April 29th: 4 miles on running path across from Y pushing jogging stroller
Tuesday April 30th: 5.5 miles on Y path
Wednesday May 1st: 1 mile warm up, strength exercises, 3 miles on path with jogging stroller, later in the day 4.6 miles on streets near my house.
Thursday May 2nd: Title Boxing club kickboxing class.
Friday May 3rd: Ran 6 miles on gym treadmill.
Saturday May 4th: Ran 8 miles on gym treadmill.
